2. Our Services

We provide professional lock cylinder fitting services across Greater London. Our services include supplying and fitting Diamond-rated and TS007 3-Star certified lock cylinders for residential properties.

We fit only locks that meet Sold Secure Diamond or TS007 3-Star standard.
Final pricing is confirmed on-site after measuring your door. Our quoted prices are indicative and may vary depending on door configuration.
We do not guarantee that any lock or security product will prevent all break-ins.

3. Booking & Deposits

To secure an appointment, we require a £25 refundable deposit paid via Square. This deposit is deducted from your final invoice on the day of fitting.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by us.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to engineer availability, traffic, or other operational reasons. In such cases a full deposit refund will be issued.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The balance of the service fee is due on the day of fitting, payable by [INSERT ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS, e.g. card, cash, bank transfer].
